The Communications working group was established in 2024 and aims to deliver an effective communication strategy, track key performance indicators, select purposeful platforms to enhance the community experience for EAPM Members.
Key Objectives:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy, encompassing both digital and in-person channels.
- Oversee platform engagement across various channels, including the website, LinkedIn, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Cater to diverse audiences, including internal members, national associations, board members, working groups, external stakeholders, and HR professionals from various sectors.
Kai Saard leads the Communications Working Group at EAPM. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of the Estonian HR Association PARE. Kai has acquired knowledge and experience in the fields of human resources management and leadership, both in her current role as CEO and previously while leading the HR business segment. Her university studies in language editing and linguistics have laid an excellent foundation for developing effective communication strategies and tactics. This is further complemented by her background in marketing, business, and sales.
Key Priorities:
- Develop and implement a communication strategy aligned with community needs and goals.
- Agree upon and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the first year of implementation.
- Select platforms based on community needs and define their purposes.
- Collaborate with internal and external support providers to ensure the success of community initiatives.
