NAHR was established to support the development of HR profession in Georgia and to increase the education level of HR professionals. NAHR is an association of Human Resource professionals from private and public sector.
The purpose for which NAHR was established is to change and develop the role of HR specialist in the direction of HR Business Partner.
Our Goals
- Carry out activities related to the HRM
- Unite HR professionals
- Create united platform for exchanging information and experience among HR professionals
- Increase educational level in HRM field
- Develop, defend and enhance the prestige of HR profession
- Develop and perfect labor relations
- Implement professional standards
- carry out research and analyze employment and education problems.
Activities
- organization of Annual HR Conferences
- celebrating Georgian HRs’ Day (May 15) every year
- participation in discussions related to labor law, personal data protection law, labor market research, employment programs;
- involvement in research and analyzing employment and education problems, development programs of professional education institutions;
- providing trainings and seminars
- providing lots of charitable workshops and trainings
- helping hundreds of talented young people and employers to find each other
- gathering together professionals of different spheres and their involvement in HRM challenges (round table, public speaking, etc.)
- establishing close relations between Georgian and other countries’ HRs
- taking a HR professionals connecting role in South Caucasus region (Armenia, Azerbaijan)
