Congress

30th EAPM Congress

There hardly is an organisation that has not been recently challenged. Pandemia has pushed us outside our offices to an almost unknown virtual world. It has served as a stress test for organisational ability to live with uncertainty and engage emergence. This congress is an invitation to explore and discuss how could (should?) HR practices change in reponse to uncertainty by being ready to engage emergence, and, also, promote humanity and sustainable growth within organisations?
