World Federation of People Management Associations

The World Federation of People Management Associations membership represents close to 50 national people associations and nearly 400,000 HR professionals worldwide.

Founded in 1976 by the European Association for People Management (EAPM), Interamerican Federation of People Administration (FIDAP) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) it aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of professional HR management around the world.
