Erazmus Plus Project for HR Professionals in Slovenia

Slovenian HR association  was successfull in competition for  financial support from  EU through Erazmus project  for  adults .  Our  goal was to help HR professionals , members of SHRA,  to get more experience and knowledge in methods and systems for  adults training, people development , motivation  and consultation know how  in other countries  in different  business enviroment.

The project time frame is  from 1.1.2015  to 30.6.2016. The budget for this project  was big enough to support 10 participants .  Half of paritcipants will  experience job shadowing, others will take  trainings on workshops or seminars.  To help our members we managed to get information on training possibilities  in member countries of EAPM and it was appreciated very much.

Areas of interest by participants are: adults training, teaching methods,  organisation development, motivation for different generations, creative thinking , counseling , young HR professionals development,  status and role of professional HR association on national level , best HR practice in a country etc.  Training spots are spread all over Europe: UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Croatia . More than half of participants will finish their training in 2015, others in 2016.

All participants  have the obligation to present their experience and  new knowledge  in articles on SHRA website and  to SHRA members on workshops and HR conferences on country level. These activities are still in the process. More detailed report on slovenian  Erazmus plus project will be presented after all participants complete their duties.
