While designing the annual GPMA conference, the HR FORUM 2015, we looked back at the main themes of the previous GPMA conferences and saw how far we have come since 2004 as a Human Resource Industry and how many different issues we have dealt with all these years.

During this time:

We have elaborated on topics, such as our role in the new era (Brand Εconomy – ΗR Forum 2004), our place as a Strategic Partner (Βusiness Partner – HR Forum 2006), our Engagement (Engagement – HR Forum 2008), issues pertaining to Human Resource Management in Southeastern Europe (ΗR in Southeastern Europe – HR Forum 2009), the Added Value of our industry (Delivering Value – HR Forum 2010), being on the Alert as an industry against the backdrop of the financial crisis (Alert – HR Forum 2011), Resilience (Resilience – HR Forum 2012) the competencies we must possess (HR Competencies – HR Forum 2013) and our contribution to Sustainability, Innovation, Growth (HR Forum 2014).

These Conferences, including other separate events held by the GPMA and other bodies, have contributed in enhancing our role, coping with radical changes in industrial relations and contributing to the establishment of a corporate culture and the accomplishment of corporate objectives with measurable results. We developed our skills and set a very high standard for our industry.

So, here we are at this year’s Conference, whose prime aim is to gain more insight and deepen our understanding of how we can succeed beyond what is expected from us.

The main theme of this Conference
