Bob Morton is President of EAPM and a member of the Executive Committee. He is a Companion of the CIPD in the UK and Chair of CIPD Enterprises Ltd. In his role as President he aims to build on the work of the previous Presidents and drive the continuing development of EAPM as a valued partner and resource to HR associations and professionals across Europe and also to enhance its place on the European stage with the EU and on the world stage with WFPMA.
Bob has a strong belief that by working more closely together, the national associations of EAPM can contribute to the betterment of work and working life and provide the professional expertise to develop people management across Europe to create success and a sustainable future for their stakeholders. Bob is an advocate of an inclusive, collegiate and consultative approach to leading and working with colleagues and wishes to ensure that all members of EAPM have a voice and are encouraged to contribute to fulfilling EAPM’s purpose.
Lucas van Wees is Vice President of the EAPM, member of the Executive Committee and Board Member of the Dutch HR Association (NVP).
He has worked for Philips, Shell, KPN and lately as VP HR Commercial & Global of KLM, responsible for all worldwide HR matters and particularly involved in the post merger processes with Air France.
In his mind the main people theme for HR in Europe is how to adapt our associations, companies and societies to the challenges of our times whilst at the same strive for inclusion of our (future) workforce. To be relevant, HR should be in the heart of that discussion: bridging differences, building bridges and giving voice to others.
Izy BEHAR, 65, is Past President of the European Association for People Management (EAPM). He has been Senior VP HR for Eutelsat Communications from 1999 to 2012, a telecommunication by satellite operator. Before that, Izy BEHAR has been, for more than 10 years, HR Director of Crédit Commercial de France (now HSBC France) and before HR Director of Japan Airlines in France. Izy BEHAR is board member of ANDRH (French national HR association) and Chief Editor of the monthly magazine “PERSONNEL”. He is also currently the president of the technical committee working on the elaboration of the ISO international standard on Human Governance.
Max Becker is a member of the Executive Committee in his function of EAPM Treasurer; he is a member of the Board of HR Swiss (www.hr-swiss.ch) and a former President of the Zurich HR Association in Switzerland (www.zgp.ch).
The Treasurer of EAPM is responsible for the proper handling of all financial affairs of EAPM (thereby presenting annual budgets as well as annual P/L statement and balance sheet, all to be approved by Exco and Delegates Assembly). Furthermore, his duties include financial planning, risk management issues as well as managing our assets

Katharina Heuer is Secretary General of the EAPM and Managing Director of the German Association for Personal Management (DGFP). Previously, she held high-level HR positions in various international companies, such as Deutsche Bahn and Daimler. She firmly believes that enhanced international collaboration is a key factor for successful HR management in a more and more globalized world. As such, she is eager to strive for a more participatory and collaborative approach within EAPM and among its members.
